JT Solutions Group LLC ("JT Solutions," "we," "us," or "our") provides healthcare staffing placement services and operates the CKV Hub credentialing platform (this site). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have - including specifically how we handle SMS/text message communications.

Information We Collect

When you apply through our Join Us application, register as a candidate, or use this site, we may collect:

• Contact information - name, mobile phone number, email address, mailing address
• Professional information - role/license type (CNA, LPN, RN, CMA, EMT, etc.), license and certification numbers, employment history
• Credentialing documents you upload or that are collected on your behalf - licenses, TB/health screening results, background check results, BLS/CPR certification, and similar records required for placement
• Communications - messages exchanged with our staff, including text messages, when you contact us or we contact you
• Standard technical/server information (e.g. IP address, request logs) generated automatically by visiting this site, the same way any website collects it

How We Use Information

We use the information above to: process your application, verify your credentials against the requirements of the facilities we place candidates with, coordinate scheduling and shift assignments, communicate with you about your onboarding and employment, and comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

SMS / Text Message Communications

If you provide your mobile phone number and affirmatively opt in (via the consent checkbox on our Join Us application form), you agree to receive text messages from JT Solutions Group LLC related to your employment, including onboarding, credentialing, scheduling, shift opportunities, shift confirmations, and reminders. These are one-to-one conversational messages from a staffing coordinator managing your file, not automated bulk marketing.

• Message frequency varies based on your current stage with us.
• Message and data rates may apply, based on your mobile carrier plan.
• No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your phone number is used only for the employment-related communications described above.
• Text HELP at any time for help.
• Text STOP at any time to opt out of SMS communications. Opting out will not affect your eligibility for placement, but may limit how quickly we can reach you about time-sensitive scheduling matters.

How We Share Information

We share information only as needed to provide our services: with the healthcare facilities you are being considered for or placed with (for credentialing verification and scheduling), with service providers who help us operate (e.g. our SMS delivery provider, background check vendors), and where required by law. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your mobile number with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Data Security

Credentialing documents are stored outside our public web server and are only accessible through authenticated, logged-in access by authorized staff or by you (for your own file). We apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, though no system can be guaranteed 100% secure.

Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services and meet legal, regulatory, and record-keeping obligations related to healthcare staffing and credentialing.

Your Choices

If you have portal access to CKV Hub, you can review the documents and information on file for you directly through your account. You can opt out of SMS communications at any time by texting STOP. To request a correction or deletion of your information, contact us using the information below.

Children's Privacy

Our services relate to employment and are not directed to, or intended for use by, anyone under 18 years of age.
