By submitting an application through our Join Us form, using CKV Hub, or otherwise engaging with JT Solutions Group LLC ("JT Solutions," "we," "us," or "our") for staffing or employment purposes, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and to our Privacy Policy.
JT Solutions Group LLC is a healthcare staffing agency that connects qualified healthcare professionals (including CNAs, LPNs, RNs, CMAs, and EMTs) with healthcare facilities in need of staffing. CKV Hub is our credentialing management platform, used to collect, verify, and track the documentation required for placement.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to provide accurate, truthful information to apply or use our services.
If you are issued login access to CKV Hub, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs through your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
If you opt in to receive text messages from us (via the consent checkbox on our Join Us application form), you agree to receive employment-related text messages, including onboarding, credentialing, scheduling, shift opportunities, confirmations, and reminders. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. You agree to provide accurate and current credentialing documents and information, maintain any professional licenses or certifications required for your role, and comply with the policies of any facility you are placed with.
Registering with JT Solutions Group, being credentialed, or being added to a facility's roster does not guarantee any specific shift, assignment, or continued employment.
The content, design, and branding of this site belong to JT Solutions Group LLC and may not be copied or used without our permission.
This site and our services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, JT Solutions Group LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
